By an agreement in writing between the parties, the second floor of the premises bearing no. 19/10, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi was let out to the Respondent for a limited period of three years w .e.f. June 8, 1980, with the permission of the Rent Con troller obtained under section 21 of the Act.
