We are of the view that there was sufficient justification for the order dated 23 September, 1985 made by the Bench of two learned judges referring these cases to a larger Bench for reconsideration of the question decided in K. Kamalajam- mannivaru (dead) by Lrs., (supra) and Bhag Singh and Ors., (supra).
