What the Court ordered
For the reasons stated in the foregoing paragraphs the appeal is allowed, impugned judgment is set aside and the judgment of the trial court convicting respondent-Hanuman under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs.1,000/- is restored.
