What the Court ordered
We are of the view that it is only appropriate to afford a breathing time to Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. in that behalf In our opinion, the amount so collected may be refunded to persons entitled to the same, within a period of one year from today, failing which they shall pay interest at 18% p.a. on expiry of one year.
