JUDGMENT: J U M N T S. . Majmudar, J. Leave granted. This appeal by special leave arises out of the judgment and order dated 4th April, 1995 of the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Writ Appeal No. 1186 of 1993. Division Bench of the High Court dismissed the appeal of the appellant company and confirmed the judgment and order of the learned Single Judge in writ petition No. 611 of 1993 dismissing the same. few relevant facts leading to this appeal deserve to be noted at the outset.
