JUDGMENT: O R R Leave grated. Heard the counsel for the parties. This appeal is directed against the judgement of a Division Bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court disposing of the writ appeal with certain directions. The writ petition was dismissed by the learned Single Judge. The respondent-writ petitioner was working as a Development Officer under the Appellant-Board. On 25.5.87, as many as 49 charges were framed and served upon him and a disciplinary enquiry held.
