Petition No. 81 of 1992 under Section 482 of the code of criminal procedure, affirming the order dated October 22, 1991 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (Economic Offices) Jaipur, arising out of CBI case No. RC 8(s)/91/SIU (IX), New Delhi.
