What the Court ordered
For the reasons stated above, we allow this appeal setting aside the order of the High Court reducing the sentence and restore the conviction and sentence imposed on the respondent by the trial court as confirmed by the Sessions court and direct the respondent to serve out the sentence awarded by the trial court.
