What the Court ordered
We are of the view that instead of remitting the case back to the High Court for deciding the writ petition afresh on its merits, justice would be subserved by directing the appellant to send a detailed representation to the Chief Secretary of the NCT of Delhi with copies thereof to the Director of Education, NCT and the Principal, Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Bakner, New Delhi for seeking legitimate and appropriate reliefs.
