What the Court ordered
In view of the foregoing, we set aside the findings of the High Court and uphold the award by the Tribunal in respect of the computation of Termination Payment under Clause 29.5.2. 1021 Grounds of challenge in SLP (C) No. 8311 of 2019 filed by DMRC.
