In view of the above conclusions and disposal of the appeal, the amount of Rs.3 crores deposited by the appellant before this Court, which is kept in fixed deposit shall be refunded to the appellant with accrued interest thereon. (v) The appeal is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs. (vi) Pending application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
