What the Court ordered
In view of the foregoing analysis, we are unable to concur with the findings recorded by the High Court, inasmuch as the present case pertains to a consensual relationship, and the acts of respondent No.2 clearly manifest consent to such a relationship devoid of any coercion, fraud, or misrepresentation as Page 23 of 24 contemplated in Section 19 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
