What the Court ordered
We are of the considered view that major portion 10 of the compensation has to be apportioned to the wife of the deceased namely to the extent of 85% and the balance 15% in the ratio of 5:5:5 shall be apportioned in favour of the claimants’ 2 to 4 i.e., appellant No’s.2 to 4 herein.
