Resultantly, we are of the firm opinion that the High Court prematurely quashed and terminated the proceedings arising out of the FIR filed by the appellant-complainant despite clear allegations establishing the offences of fraud, falsification of documents, forgery and criminal breach of trust.

The appellant-complainant, the adopted daughter of Dr. G.B. Bazliel, alleged that the three respondents conspired to strip her ailing, depressed father of his family property and money after her mother's death in 2013, including by introducing respondent No. 3 to him and isolating him from his family. She alleged that Rs. 1.18 crores was transferred from her father's UCO Bank accounts to respondent No. 2, who was fraudulently shown as nominee, and that ancestral land of about 49 bighas was sold to respondent No. 1 by a 2017 sale deed at a throwaway price, falsely recited as self-acquired property with NOC from all heirs, with no sale consideration ever credited to her father's accounts.…
