What the Court ordered
Before parting with this judgment, we would like to add that in assessing whether a parcel of land possesses characteristics associated with forest ecosystem, it is necessary to consider whether the vegetation forms part of a naturally evolved indigenous ecosystem or whether it represents the spread of invasive species which may in fact signify ecological disturbance.
