before the High Court. Page 15 of 78 19. The High Court upon appreciation of the evidence held that it is discernible that the intention of the appellant was to cause alarm to the prosecutrix to the effect that she should not demand to live a married life with him. For this purpose, the appellant had intimidated the prosecutrix by stating that he would upload the video taken through the cell phone which amounts to threatening to impute the chastity of the prosecutrix.
