What the Court ordered
We find absolutely no reason to sustain the order of the Trial Court as confirmed by the High Court. We reverse both the orders and acquit the accused. The accused shall be released forthwith, if not wanted in any other case, if they are still in custody. If they have been released on bail, the bail bonds shall stand cancelled. The appeal is allowed with the above directions.
